Dr. Laila Crabtree, Assistant Principal for Conway and Spoede Elementary Schools

I am incredibly excited to join the Conway and Spoede Elementary Communities as an Assistant Principal. Creating communities where all students, staff, and families feel a sense of belonging is my top priority as an educator. I have worked in the Ladue School District for 21 years as a 7th-grade social studies teacher and as the K-12 English Language Arts and Social Studies Curriculum Coordinator. I am a graduate of Ladue Schools and received all three post-graduate degrees from Saint Louis University. As a graduate, parent, and educator in Ladue Schools, I have a variety of perspectives and experiences. I can assure you your child will be cared for like they are our own. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if there is anything I can do for you or your child.
